We’re looking for someone who has experience designing creative identities, packaging and scalable visual systems, with a keen eye for typography. A designer who is passionate about new-age brands, culture and behavior and can bring their own point of view to the work they do.


  • Develop, implement and manage HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives

  • Manage employee relations, including providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and practices

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

  • Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company and offboarded in a professional manner

  • Conduct training and development programs for employees, including performance management, career development, and succession planning

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and leave management

  • Maintain HR records, including employee data, performance reviews, and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and practices to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements


  • 4–5 years of industry experience

  • Background in designing identities, packaging and visual systems
  • Applicants with experience in typography-led projects preferred

  • Comfortable working with Adobe Software - specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign. Other software is always a plus
