WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're on the hunt for a talented and energetic Project Manager to join our team based out of Mumbai. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management process for our Strategy and Design projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on-time.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about brand strategy and design and has a keen eye for detail. You should be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You should also be a skilled multitasker, able to juggle multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat.

As our Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person for our clients and team members alike. You'll work closely with our designers, strategists, founder and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that all project requirements are met.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management.
• Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure they are effectively communicated and managed.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary to ensure project goals are met.
• Coordinate with the strategy and design team along with other key departments to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication between the design team and clients.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accurate.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Continuously improve project management processes and procedures.
  

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with a strong eye for detail. You'll need to be able to manage multiple projects at once while keeping a positive and energetic attitude.

GOOD TO HAVES

• A background in design would be ideal. But not necessary
• 3+ years working in a design studio or a similar studio/ consulting firm
• Experience using digital workflows/project management software a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
