WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a Senior Designer at Thought Over Design, you'll be an integral part of our creative team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from branding and web design to marketing collateral and beyond. We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise and unique perspective to the table while nurturing a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and contribute to the design of projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in visual communication
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and creativity
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge within the team
- Co-lead (along with a Design Director) and participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and perspectives to solve creative challenges
- Create compelling visuals that resonate with our clients' target audiences
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Senior Designers get the opportunity to present directly to clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas effectively
